ANIMALS

 

reproduce— when living things make new things like themselves (have young)

 

life cycle— changes that happen to an animal during its life

                           

tadpole— A young frog that comes out of an egg. It has gills to take in oxygen from the water

 

larva— Another name for a caterpillar

 

pupa— The part of a life cycle when a caterpillar changes into a butterfly
